Before you decide
When does my paid subscription start?
On the day your payment is confirmed. If you renew before expiry, the new period is added to the end of your current one, so you don't lose the remaining days.
What happens when my subscription ends?
The program reminds you a week, three days and one day before. After expiry there are grace days depending on your plan; then selling stops until you renew — your data is kept as it is.
I need another point of sale.
Upgrade to a plan with more points of sale, from your account or by contacting us.
Can I get a refund?
See the refund and cancellation policy. This is exactly why we offer the full free trial before you pay.
Do you issue invoices?
Yes. Your payment history is in your account, and for now invoices are requested from support.
