Deep VisionWhat we collect
- Business details: name, phone number, email and tax number — when you start a trial or subscribe.
- Device details: a device fingerprint, which is a SHA-256 hash of the motherboard, disk and processor identifiers (it doesn't reveal the identifiers themselves), plus the device name and program version — to bind the license to the device and prevent repeat trials.
- Payment details: amount, plan, transfer reference and the receipt image if you upload one. We don't collect card details.
- Your business data: what you enter in the program (items, invoices, customers, suppliers) — stored in your business's database.
- Technical data: your IP address when you sign in to the site, to limit repeated sign-in attempts.
Why we collect it
To run the service: creating your database, issuing and checking your license, processing payments, contacting you about your subscription, technical support, and protecting the service from misuse. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.
Where it is stored
On servers we manage. Each business has its own database with its own login, so no business can reach another's data. The connection between the program and the server is encrypted.
Who we share it with
- The tax authority: when you enable e-invoicing, your invoices are sent to the national e-invoicing system using the settings you entered.
- The payment gateway: when card payment is available, you enter your card details directly on the gateway's page, and we only receive the payment result.
- Authorities: if the law requires us to.
How long we keep it
We keep your data while your account exists, including after a subscription ends so you can carry on when you renew. You can ask us to delete it permanently at any time; it then disappears from backups as they rotate.
Your rights
You may ask for a copy of your data, or for it to be corrected, deleted or exported. Write to info@deep-est.com from your business's registered email or phone.
Cookies
The site uses one session cookie when you sign in to your account (deep_portal, which expires after 45 minutes of inactivity), and stores your light or dark mode choice in your browser. We use no tracking cookies or advertising analytics. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so Google receives your browser's IP address when they load.
