Deep VisionAcceptance
These terms govern your use of DEEP POS, its subscription services and the deep-est.com website, provided by Deep Vision For Information Technology ("we"). By installing the program, starting a trial or paying, you accept them on behalf of your business.
License
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the program for the length of your subscription, on the number of devices (points of sale) your plan allows. Each license is bound to the fingerprint of the device it was activated on.
- You may not copy, sell, rent or modify the program, or try to bypass its licensing.
- To move a license to another device, contact us: we revoke the old device and activate the new one within your subscription.
Free trial
Each new business gets a free trial with every feature, for the length shown on the site at sign-up. The trial is once per device. The demo version is a database shared by everyone who tries it and may be reset at any time, so don't enter real business data in it.
Subscription and payment
- Prices are in Jordanian dinars as shown on the pricing page at the time of the order.
- A paid subscription starts on the day the payment is confirmed. Renewing before expiry adds the new period to the end of the current one.
- CliQ and bank-transfer payments are activated once we've verified the amount arrived.
- We never store card details; card payment, when available, happens on the payment gateway's page.
Expiry and suspension
After a subscription ends you get grace days depending on your plan; then selling stops until you renew, and your data is kept. We may suspend an account for misuse, attempts to bypass licensing, or non-payment.
Your data
Your business data (items, invoices, customers and so on) belongs to you. We host it in a separate database for your business and use it only to provide the service. What we collect and how we protect it is in the privacy policy.
E-invoicing
The program is a tool for sending your invoices to the national e-invoicing system using the settings you enter. You are responsible for the accuracy of your tax number, integration settings and invoice data. We can't guarantee the tax authority accepts an invoice that carries incorrect data.
Availability and support
The program needs an internet connection because your database is on our server. We do our best to keep the server available but can't guarantee uninterrupted service, and we may perform scheduled maintenance. Support is by WhatsApp and email during business hours.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim does not exceed what you paid us for the subscription period in which it arose, and we are not liable for indirect damages or loss of profit.
Changes to these terms
We may change these terms and will publish the new version here with its last-updated date. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and the courts of Amman have jurisdiction over any dispute.
